Jeff was born and raised in West Philadelphia. In school, he spent most of his time on the playground playing basketball. In his freshman year of high school he got into a fight with a few local bullies, and on his mother's request, moved to Bel Air, California to live with his Aunt and Uncle. He lived there until 2025, when James Dean asked him to move to Seattle to join the band.
